This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable data ("Personal Data") that we gather when you are accessing or using our Website. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.

Ibandirect UAB does not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register. If you are under 18, please do not attempt to register for the Site or send any data about yourself to us. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under age 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that data as quickly as possible. E-mail and Other Communications - We may contact you, by email or other means; for example, we may send you promotional offers on behalf of other businesses if you have agreed so, or communicate with you about your use of the Site. Also, we may receive a confirmation when you open an email from us. This confirmation helps us make emails more interesting and improve our service.

We use your Personal Data to provide you the services available on our Site, including, without limitation, to:

In order to prevent fraud and legalization of funds obtained by criminal means (AML), we store Personal data until you delete your account on the Site or 6 months from the date of registration on the Site, if during this time your account was inactive. When you delete your account or after 6 months, we delete all your Personal data.

We neither rent nor sell your Personal Data to anyone. We share your Personal Data (in personally identifiable form) with third parties only as described below.

  • Enhanced KYC Data applies in respect of payments which exceed a set threshold and includes, at a minimum, the following enhanced customer due diligence documentation and information: source of funds and source of wealth.
  • Financial Data includes your wallet and private key details.
  • Portfolio Data includes details about the tokens credited to your account.
  • Usage Data includes details about how you use our Platform and the Websites
  • Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices which you (whether a client or otherwise) use to access and browse the Websites.
  • Website Visit Data includes the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), clickstream to, through and from the Website (including date and time), products you viewed or searched for, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page


Ibandirect built the com.ibandirect.card app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Ibandirect at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
